Transitions

The majority of our transitions consisted of Dip to white and Dissolve to fit with the pace of the music. We used a Dip to White to introduce and also to end out music video.

In order to transition from the artist sequence, we used a zoom into the white canvas, Dip to White to a frame of the sun, this acted as a graphic match.

We also used several cuts when the sequences was quicker in pace, such as the throwing of the water to build up to a climax.

We also felt it was appropriate to use dissolves to show the passing of time and create a montage of our artist adding to his drawing.
