• Throughout the video, the artist is present in two threads of the video; one being the performance and the other being the story of the girl heading towards the train station. One way in which this is recognisable with the ancillary texts is that the images of the artist also appear on the CD Album Digipak and the album promotional poster.
• As well as this, I feel that the strong message from within the video corresponds well with the album cover as pragmatically, what with the title being 'Satisfiction', the rubix cube presents the audience with the idea that satisfaction is a lie, nobody is ever satisfied with what they have.
• Thirdly, whilst using Adobe Premiere Pro for the first time, I discovered how to overlay images to the video. I used this technique in order to place the 'Q' music channel logo in the top right hand corner to provide a polished effect whilst indicating the targetted audience for the song and the music video.
• Also, I was able to gain knowledge on applying text to video clips to I used this to place the Artist, Track and Album on screen at the beginning and end of the music video to give it a realistic and genuine effect, according to various conventions of real media products.
