How we plan to interpret the lyrics

We feel that as a whole the video has quite a strong narrative, however, we felt that our music video would lack in a variety of quality shots if we just had a story line throughout. We therefore decided that as the piano is quite prominent within the track and that we should use this to break up the story line. Within the piano shots we felt that it would be appropriate to only show little identity of our pianist as we want the audience to relate to the actor and actress that we have chosen to act out the story line for our video. As the lyrics could be interpreted in a variety of ways we decided to take down a specific narractive. As the song is quite powerful and consists of numerous tempos and dynamics; we came to the decision to have our actors representing that of a deteriorating relationship.
