We have chosen to do a promotion package for the release of an album; this will include
a music video,
a cover for their digipak
and an advertisement for the digipak.
We have decided against doing a web page.
We are looking forward to taking conventions for successful bands and possibly go against the trends by adding new conventions. We know of a local band called ‘Facing Paige’ who we think will be great for this project and have decided to use one of their original songs as the background music. They have performed many gigs and hope in the near future we could film some footage from one. Throughout our project we plan on keeping with their established conventions such as their logo and style.
