After reading through the list of available options to do, we have chosen to do the film trailer, which will be accompanied by a film poster and a DVD cover. We have chosen to take on this task as we both interested in film, and have both been involved with the process of film making in the past. Hannah made a film trailer for AS coursework and is also a performing arts student, so is interested in that side of films alot. Martin has, in the past, made two films which he 'co- wrote' with a friend, filmed and edited, plus he has more recently acted in another friends short film. In terms of the two print products we need to produce, for Martin's AS coursework he chose print and created the front cover, contents and double page spread of a magazine. Also Hannah knows her way around Photoshop pretty well. With both of our experiences combined we think that choosing this option was perfect and we are pretty confident that we can produce a very good trailer, representative of ones that we see today in cinemas and on television.
